Our Sales and Marketing team is actively working for each of our Principal carriers. We have an experienced team in local markets that is actively working day-and-night to innovate sales strategies, do dynamic market strategies, core market analysis and local expertise to enhance each partnered airlines approach in the market.
Passenger and Cargo Handling
We provide Terminal/Commercial/Ramp supervision staff to our Principal carriers. We supervise the activities of the Service Providers or GHA and execute Pre and Post flights duty, in respect of aircraft movement cargo handling and passenger traffic. In so far, as cargo activity is concerned, we supervise Palletisation & Depalletization of ULDs and loading & unloading at aircraft to ensure optimum loading of cargo. We also co-ordinate with authorities/agents at the airport, such as, AAI, Traffic Services, Ground Handling Agents, Fuel Companies and Catering Companies. We handle aircraft crew by escorting and assisting them immigration through and customs at the airport and also, coordinating with travellers and negotiate desirable rates with hotels for crew accommodation.
Revenue Accounting
We provide accounting support to our clients by collecting the funds generated from Passenger and Cargo Sales, and transfer them to Principal Carrier’s Bank account as per agreement. We also provide Revenue Accounting Services like Passenger and Cargo Sales Reports, Load and Revenue Reports and other accounting data as per our client’s requirement. We can also provide BSP Management (Billing & Settlement Plan) for our Principal Carriers
Supervision at Airports
We supervise all handlings at airport for both, Passenger and Cargo Activities. We monitor the activities of GHA and Service provider to ensure timely handling of the Aircraft without disrupting the cargo and passenger services. These services are carried out at the Passenger and Cargo terminal depending upon the situation. We handle all the activities at the Airside and Landside by offering the best customer satisfaction to our principal carriers. We make sure that cargo supervision is done in coordination with the concerned authorities to ensure loading and unloading procedures are done as per the Carrier’s requirements.
Interline Negotiations
We procure and negotiate with interline partners based in India on behalf of all Principal Carriers to establish Special Prorate Agreements (SPA) for Passenger and Cargo carriage. These rates negotiations are done in strict confidence in a focus of getting as much benefit as possible to our Principal carriers.
Publicity
Our Advertising agency, which is well established in India and has a good reputation in the industry, initiate publicity of our Principal Carriers as per their needs. We provide all kinds of publicity for the principal carrier’s worldwide corporate identity and product identity.
Ground Handling
On behalf of our Principal Carrier, Kuber Express implements all the necessary functions to create the handling agreement with the service providers as per the IATA Ground Handling Agreement
